That sounds so cool
I never tried making jello in the blender. And Goddess knows, I have made jello practically every way you can imagine
. I will have to try that.

Love Jell-O!
My mom would slice the set Jell-O into squares and serve it in parfait glasses with milk poured over. I still love to do that. I always used fruit juice as the liquid for my kids, especially in the jigglers. You can make a package in the blender. Add the cool water or juice first, then the Jell-O, then the hot water. Whirl it to mix, then faster until it starts to foam (be sure you keep the lid on). Pour into glasses or cups. The foamy top will rise and give you a layered treat.

LOL!!!
They say the french stay slim despite their fattening cuisine by eating everything in moderation. I suppose that works if you eat REALLY slow. Personally, a little fat in a world filled with love and contentment might not be such a terrible thing.
A little food for thought, ne pas? (Geez I hope my spelling is correct)
