children
Heya,
I feel what your saying. I do have one child and it took me forever to have her. I am 29 and had a complete hysterectomy at 27 or 28. It is not something to handle easily but women have babies at 36 now days. I would bet you would be a wonderful mother. Have you been checked yet to make sure you are still fertile?
Hang in there. I am rooting for you!!!!! Di

Jemmie I feel for you
i am 24 but feeling like i am an old 24... same bf 3+ years, no ring, no talk of getting hitched and he is still anti-child right now. it breaks my heart. I pretty much had the same plan as you - hoped to be married by 25, kids by 28,29 etc. but don't give up hope - i truly believe things will work out for all of us. *wishing you all the best in the world*

There is always hope..I didn't met my second husband until I was thirty and had a terrible time baby wise and finally was successful, having the baby at 36. It does sound corny but it will happen when it is supposed to happen. Good luck. Ms.OC

Jemmie
My advice is to focus on the joy you will feel when you have a child--not on the lack you feel without one.

Not to worry
Age has nothing to do with it at all. You are born with a specific amount of eggs and once they are gone, that's it. You are still very young. I have 3 daughters and they drive me nuts sometimes, but I couldn't imagine life without them. Your time is coming sooner then you think!

That is not a clock my love...
it is a time bomb
...and it is that time bomb that made me marry a man 8 years my junior (husband #2) and I still did not get pregnant. I hope your dream is fufilled. Your want to be a mom will make you a good one. But if it does not happen, please give all that love you have to the children in your life. I love my son very much (I was his guardian) and I miss him every day so I understand your longing. May the Goddess bless you.

Renigade and StrickGold
Thank you both! I know that there is still some time, but every woman is different. I'm just so terrified my dream will never be fulfilled. Even thinking of never having children often brings me to tears. I have
so much love to offer my children. I want them to feel that love.

Jemmie--Good luck with your endeavors. I have 3 children. I complain
about them alot, but cannot imagine them not being here. I hope it happens for you! Then you can complain right along with the rest of us!
