This was a good and funny post.
I don't spend much time worrying about stuff like this. Providing these people with medical care of the sort you mentioned is a gigantic waste of my money.

My father in law works as a surgeon/gen phys in the prison system, and YES
males who have changed to females are often in with men. It's so odd...
