Hi Straight, if you didn't eat enough, the metabolic rate slow down,
because body's self mechanism to store and fight against hunger, ends you hold the fat. So eat as you wanted but choose the right combination to boost energy and mood.

Yum! That's a good diet!!!
But the less I eat the more I put on weight, so the more I eat the more I should lose weight? I realise now from your post that it is what you eat that matters!!!

Scriber, you should consider breakfast, don't skip. If you feel like
snacking, choose fruits or soup instead.......

Yes Eccentric, the cereal thing is great with fruits and nuts. Eat right
fiber rich breakfast, it's very good......

Sue, is the breakfast thing true? I skip breakfast and lately have been hungry at night, though I never used to be even when skipping b-fast. The Special K concoction sounds yummy.

Great advice Sue
I agree with the food choices you have listed. I love soup anyway. I make homemade potato, vegetable, chicken noodle and hamburger stew.
