The first time I ever took Ambien, I fell asleep within 10 minutes (which is HIGHLY unusual for me) and slept through the night without waking once! What a wonderful feeling that was!

Ambien is extremely strong
I'm glad to see you using it judiciously. I've heard of people falling asleep within seconds of taking Ambien.

Not to worry! I've taken it before. I'm well aware of the memory loss. I find that if I go to sleep as soon as I take it and sleep at least 8 hours, the memory loss isn't too bad. Right now I'm more worried about my severe lack of sleep than memory loss anyway. Thanks so much for your concern, though!

Don't take Ambien!! I had that given to me by a doc and it caused memory loss. I lost three days once because of it!
