Hi Girl!! This is a great poem!
I often catch myself holding my breath too. What's up with that? It's not so much holding my breath and it is just not breathing regularly. I've been taking breathing exercises.
Did yu know you could take "Breathing Lessons"? Yes, plus I read this book once entitled, "Breathing Lessons" but it wasn't abt holding your breath.
