Sounds like fun
We used to do a movie night, pizza night and family day. Now we only do family day as the kids are older and its not always easy to get everyone together anymore.

Very good choices. As far as dogs go, you may want to look into a mixed breed. I have had two lab/shepard mixes. They are the best dogs I have ever had or seen. Have a wonderful day, keep warm.
