Could be. But I find people to easily dialing up the police these days instead of taking their children in hand and taking responsibility for their children by making them accountable and responsible for their actions. This incident would have to be completely crazy with children the size of adults for me to consider calling the police. Of course, generally, if you have disciplined your children in a constuctive manner and taught them respect for your authority (and each other), you don't need police intercession.
