any particular way of cooking up the worms? or just fresh from the ground? Every now and then you just have to take a breather from blogit. It'll still be here, maybe not all the same people, but many of the personality types will still be lurking around.
By the way, a tip - just tell everyone you blog in the nude!!! LOL - could help?

It is a real shame that sex and violence are
what really sells so that is what gets produced or published. The problem is that many of us would rather not have to have all that superfluous sex and violence, especially when the stories do not need them to make them good or worth watching or reading. In fact, most movies and books that have them have much better story lines without them and the sex and violence need not be there. In those cases, I feel that the sex and violence detract. It is also insulting that people feel that audiences (which include me) don't have the cultural intelligence to go see a movie or read a book for its plot or its artistry or the talent of the writer, so they have to insert sex or violence to get my attention and to get me to go see it or to read it.

LoanLady, I did that a while back after I got fed up with
being called sweetheart, hunny, etc. by strangers. I especially hate it when a female who is either my age or younger than me call me Sweetie or whatever. Who are they, my mom or somethin?
