I agree, I have mixed feelings over mixing the two

I just don't want religion shoved down my throat. And I don't like it when I hear one party say the other party is this or that and make it a religous issue. The Schiavo case brought out the worst in people.

The way I see the judges is this, I want a judge who is firm, fair and consistent, I don't care if he is a repub or a demo, and I don't want threats or influence used on him for his decisions. I want him to apply the law.
