Thanks! I thought it'd help my cause a lot if I got someone from the Y to send in a letter.
And I just got in touch with another YMCA guy I know--this one was the Director of the Maui Y right after my friend who wrote the letter left.

This is a great letter and should help out enormously. It is always great for a potential employer to have a reference from someone who has worked in the same field so they know what a good employee would be. And you're it ! Keeping my fingers crossed and anything else that will cross too !
