Ca88andra, I don't get weekend sleep ins very often
because of my schedule. Every once in a while, I'll sleep as much as I can on a Sunday but those are rare.

sassy, I do pretty good right through the night
but I sleep in the afternoon.  Most people I know sleep when they get home.  They are finishing their day on grave shift.  I'm starting mine.

I also suffer when I lack sleep. I get very grumpy and have no motivation. Weekend sleep ins are one of my favourite things.

So I'm guessing when you say you are going out for a run, you mean a buggy-run?

Ugh!
I used to work graveyard and my body refused to cooperate with the time. Come 4:00 a.m., I would hit the zombie mode.

ginnieb, he loves it and I'm hoping to instill in him from this age on,
the importance and the fun of exercising.

Solar power! I love that! It's pouring rain here! I can imagine you wanting to take in the whole day..but the nights must be tough. You've got a great attitude though. Enjoy your run with your son..that's awesome!
