Mike is quite prolific, especially with computer. I had to produce 2 monthly newspapers out of my house for more than a decade. I can't tell you how often he got a 9pm phone call with me screaming: "It ate my newspaper."
I'll warn you, however, his first question is always: Is it plugged in? But when he's on the phone with customers, he uses his real name. I had Samuel Jackson on the phone --- via India --- when my laptop died the last time.

mikea18 - thank heavens there's a computer tech on here!
I need all the help I can get. Only one day ago, I hung on the phone while another great, and extremely patient tech got me out of a jam. What's more, mikea18 sounds quite prolific, to me!
