jollyjeff - I think you've made a good point here...
we need to enjoy life - eat what makes you happy and you're body will react. though i'm sure you must fit some regular exercise in with your dietary habits????

Ha, this is some pretty funny stuff. I eat so much crap during the day, but then again, I work at a car wash and anything I eat within the hour is sweated off. ^.^!

I used to have perfect BP too
Until I got the boss from hell.
And I ate whatever I wanted as well. Gonna die anyway. Might as well enjoy the life I have.

From Bunny
Last week I went to my GP so he could write a referral for me to a new neurologist. The meeting was just a formality; my neurologist in another state wants me monitored here, so it's just a paperwork shuffle.
But I had to meet my GP face to face, so he updated my history and asked if I had any immediate medical concerns. I said no. He laughed and said, "Most people your age are worried about their cholesterol."
I was stunned. That never crossed my mind. This is yet another indication that I have never grown up. Cholesterol! And heart disase! And osteoporosis! A real grown-up would be concerned about these things-- and know how to spell them!
I said, "That never occurred to me. I have too many other real medical problems to think about. Do you think I should care about my cholesterol?
He laughed again and said, "No. That's just what everyone asks me."
By the way, I have perfect blood pressure, too, thank you very much, and I am the undisputed Queen of Salt.
