Glenn is right, at least in part . . .
Although he seems to be misapplying the context of "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances," he is absolutley right - judges must uphold the Constitution, rather than enforcing personal agendas.

Writeroflight,
Come on people! Let us get a grip! If a person has zero regard for the letter of the Constitution of the United States he/she should not be on the Federal Bench! The Constitution is "about government"! "Congress Shall Make No Laws" is explicit and defines how the bureaucracy of Government is to interact with it's Citizenry.
You and anyone else who cannot understand this "real" fact should refrain from making enept commentary!
