I have to look up obloquoy (sp?), cause it sounds like a great Scrabble word. This is outrageous, next thing you know, the guy will be citing trauma and stress brought on by all the ridicule and contempt and obloquoy for more damages. But seriously, as fun as it is to shake our heads over frivolous lawsuits, I'm still leery of tort reform. That's the whole point of summary judgment, to toss out the nutjob complaints. Otherwise, it's the only redress the average person has against the sociopathic indifference of corporations.

I'll join that cause. Bea seems like a nice lady though, so I feel guilty picking on her. I would just sue the PETA people because they take a noble thought and make it obnoxious for everyone to the point you thing you should disassociate yourself.
BTW, I woke up with an idea about a post I'll do for tomorrow. It's still rolling around. It has to do with my best friend liking you more than me. It's true.
