It's server's like that who give the rest of us a bad name.
I'm sorry you had such a bad experience...there really are no excuses. Even if she was having the worst day of her life...she should have at least been apologetic...then maybe YOU would have been sympathetic.
It's times like these that I wish I could leave a shitty tip...but I can't.
