Yeah I hate heels!  I am always in flats outside of work.  And yesterday I bought a pair of low heels to wear to work.  Wore them today, in fact.  They are better than the heels I was wearing prior to today.

We can wear platforms, but both times I broke my foot I was wearing platforms, so I'm a bit leery about wearing them. hehe

I wouldn't be able to work there!
My chiropractor has forbidden me to wear heels (over an inch) more than twice a week. Something about the number that heels do on my back and legs. So I spend most of my life in flats.

YOU HAVE TO WEAR HIGH HEELS???!!!

I would die!

What about platform styles... I find the problem with slimmer high heels is that I have to put too much effort in balancing.  A wider heel, will take away the wobbly feeling.

look for espadrilles!

Actually, we can't wear comfy shoes.  They have to be flirty sandals.  Usually with heels.  High Heels  UGH!  But I have been elevating my feet each night when I get home.  And soaking them.  And massaging them.  Wiggling Toes

About the Feet

When you get home from work each evening, lie down with your feet propped up from 6 to 12 inches for about 15 minutes. This helps the blood to flow back out of your feet, and it is really helpful to me when I've been on my feet all day. Also, support socks or support hose can help. If they will let you wear cushiony, nice-looking athletic shoes, that can help. I have some Reebok Princess style in black that I wear to work when my feet are swollen, and they really help.
