ugh I hate that...
Ohhhh... don't get me started on the automated cookie cutter email responses from companies!   I've had that problem with online shopping errors.  I ask a very specific question or describe my problem, and in return I get a form letter.  I usually respond by saying I'd like the name and phone number of someone I can speak with.  If that's not possible please forward this to a manager and do NOT send back another automated response.
