hi Ciel
First, I saw your comment about your Mt. St. Helens pics on CafePress and I had to go check it out. Beautiful, pictures as usual, but my brain is starting to turn thoughts of selling something over in my mind now! I have no idea what...just something to preoccupy me.
Also, if you get a chance could you read my post here http://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/Skittles/271091 because I am curious what you would have to say about it. Thanks!

I do my "housecleaning" in a kind of meditative state while at my computer, having what I call "dialog with my 'selves'--"and it's always interesting to read some time later. It's definitely not the conscious part of me doing the writing. This is a very good post, glad you could help BOTH of those women!

Jeremy, everything we do is influenced and controlled by our beliefs.
The deepest beliefs that underlie the complex belief-systems can be accessed and transformed. But we don't often consider that because they are so deeply anchored, we feel we
know... that they are absolute and immutable. It really is amazing what turns out to be changeable and healable, once we realize that there really are ways to get at them.

Ciel you say they are not in fact hard wired in but seem so?does this mean the seeming so is why they are hard wired or why trying itself is the problem itself ,It seems to me you mean what we believe can be the way as also being in the way. thanks Ciel .

ghosts aren't evil
they are just 'lost souls', as i've come to discover. some know what they are doing, others don't. i admire your work.

Loved the analogy of personality holding onto things like we tend to hold on to things. It's absolutely true - a good powerwash of the 'ol noggin, inside and out, is definitely warranted on occassion.

I liked this post Ciel.
I am not very good at cleaning house
My first impression was- wow she did that as she was just beginning? That's pretty tricky! But then it reminded me of a little story that I might just be brave enough to tell soon. Although maybe not because it might tip that sane/insane balance in the wrong direction
