Just think of the money your
saving on a gym membership. Stair climbing, a good cardio vascular workout, as long, as you say, that you are mindfull not to roll down them instead of climbing up and down them.

lol....
i enjoyed your post....a lot actually.... 65 steps? thats quite a lot. we live in an unGodly hot third floor apartment, but only have about 50 steps. most days they are no big deal, (i am yet to fall on them, but could envison such a mishap....) but on the hot days....... well, i hate them.....
