Well, yes, but middle school-aged children are very paranoid naturally,
they think every pimple or speck is noted by the vast majority. So they tend to conform.

Kingmi...that's very interesting. My son hit the hormone stage early.
We've been dealing with changes in personality and growth since he was about 10 and half. He's now 13...5'10 and 175lbs. My daugther, on the other hand, at 11 seems to be progressing along as "average".

behindamask, hormones are mostly dormant in this age, if not we know something has happened that should not have, and we deal with it in a different way.

Kingmi...thank you for your honesty.
I will look you up in the fall. By the way, what grade level do you teach? I would've loved to teach the 4-6th grade. I like that age...when they're starting to figure themselves out; find themselves and what not.

behindamask, well, yes. But I think this kind of exposure helps us to see
ourselves as we are. I do not think that you necessarily made a bad choice when you left teacher's college, and I definitely think that your working toward a degree in English with a minor in creative writing is the way to go. I mean think of it, how many people are forced to read and study, to be creative and write on a regular basis? Well, bloggers, but who else.
Yes. We will miss you. I'm looking forward to your return in the fall. Look me up, please. You and me could be best buds.

Would you like me to put you in a story kingmi? I vowed to post my final thoughts then move on...make a statement about myself, then enterain the majority. Honestly, was I a bit to brash?
