kingmim the courts didn't have legs in the rulings I cited, bit they still managed to trample some basic constitutional rights. mystic, you can dismiss his testimony all you want, but you're addressing only one of my points. What are your thoughts on the rest?

writeroflight, very well-documented and -thought out. I think I'm going to disagree with your last fear that Rove may eventually be convicted of something. I do not think this story has got legs.
