coming out of a break up with a man I love already having sex with another woman and writing about it here....it's hard for me to even think about it because I just kinda miss him, he was gifted (as am I, thank you) but now he's hers....so hopefully I find a better lover or a hell of a hobby.... :|

I really just can't compare all these things being commented on here...I mean they are all apples and oranges to me...maybe they are all fruit but so different, I would never be able to say I like one more than the other...I am a greedy person, perhaps...want to experience it all....love it all....I loooooove long hot showers....I looooove sex. I can write a post onthe pleasures of a long,hot shower and the feel of the water running down on my body. Like MW says, the intimacy factor with another person is not there with the shower....but, the "time with just me and myself" of a long, hot shower is wonderful..DANG!! they are just all different...I cannot compare....I'm the one who is crazy, Quirky....not you!

OK, so I was spoiled. Went from several times a week to NOTHING overnight. Honestly though, I miss the intimacy more than I miss sex, I got beyond the sex after a couple of months, but how I miss the closeness of another human being.

When you break your back, well, sex kinda comes in at fourth or fifth on the lists of "things to do". Not that it wouldn't be nice and I'm more than willing with the right guy if he ever appears. Of course that means he understands no bedroom circus moves.......

Being really, really horny

I know what you mean - I mostly looking for the cheap laugh. However, I have gone a couple of years without sex and didn't lose my mind. In fact I managed to do quite well in my personal and professional lives. And I got a lot more choosy about men.
