I think that shedding some shyness is the right thing to do...funny I still hestiate to know what others think about me. Maybe i don't want to know what people think because then I will worry about living up to that perception and it puts like stress on me and stress gives me anxiety and i already have way too much o that thank you very much ....whew, all this think ing..

i would like to know the root of it...it is a subconscious something or other. It is a bit baffling. When someone says something nice to me about something personal like a work of art or a poem or something, it just makes me like feel uncomfy... I think perhaps i relate people being nice to me with trickery...you know i was raised in deceit and despair. When people were nice to me, i learnt that soon they would be after my soul...the vampiry was rampant. I think i will work on trusting people more. Damn so much to work at !!! Constant stuff in my in box....hope you are doing great Jemmie...We seem to be on parallel paths and realize what one another feels...It is cool to be able to relate with someone ...there is something magically healing about knowing that you are not the only one....

I would like to lose some of my shyness sometimes. It has a relationship with embarassment and and like to bail on that in general as well...it can be a hinderance.
