the last place i want to look when i feel discomfited is within, but there's a gentle remembrance of when i chose to look on previous occasions, and the peace that followed. great post.

It took a while for me to accept that as reality"inside reflecting",and even , it is harder to be calm when emotions of war/anger/fear arise,I see it in others more and big time,but seeing it yourself I go with it because that calm state is then not real.thanks for the post,I have been thinking of this lots lately.
