scriber,
The movie is a different line of thought from your poem. Is your one liner your trademark humorous spin off comment? There are too many possibilities about the rationale behind the content of a movie.

redlunar--Well, I think one can train his or her dog not to
jump every stray leg comes his way. I saw this movie last night which was directed at the teen market I guess, where the girl suggested the guy kick the dog in the balls to get the dog to stop hunching the guy's leg. She claimed that is what she did. Rather inhumane treatment, I say.

scriber,
to add to Ben's comment, because I just have to...

: perhaps "determined will" prevails, but I wonder about the environment of the young -- vigilanties have historically proved successful in their plight. But, to add a twist to what I just said, it is rather disturbing in the American current state of affairs where the young tout guns at highschool and wipe out their classmates and teachers with nothing but a blink of an eye. To what extent does determination play in this situation? Something to ponder, for us all.

scriber,
There are other ways of saving the kids. The censor, vigilant campaigner, internet granny are minor obstacles in the way of determined will.

scriber,
A syntagmatic view in a squirelly world. But perhaps not entirely true. This 'window to the world' cannot portray all real time views, according to the transparency fallacy. Yet, it does spice up partial happenings in society. Way to go scriber! ~ red
