You might find it in the U.K. if you have any stores near you that carry fresh produce in any quantity. I would think that it might come from a Mediterranean area. Perhaps Spain. It might be easier to find it dried, but you know how spices are when they are dehydrated. I wouldn't be surprised if you found it there, but you might have to find a specialty store. You might find a local store through the WWW if you don't know of one. Look on Google if you want to find out more about where it is grown. If I remember to do it, I may look there myself, just out of curiosity. JJ

Cilantro. Depending on where you live, it should be easy to find. It's a round leafed spice that comes about the same way that fresh parsely does. It's a snap to find in SW U.S. It's almost a staple of Mexican Food. Parsely has a similar flavor, and can be substituted, but the taste of parsely is ultra wimpy next to Cilantro.
