You're, like, just full of them, Silly.
Btw, I honestly think we really will be seeing these commercials hitting the airwaves later this year. So, I guess I am a pretty clever girl ... yesterday's (disastrous) post notwithstanding.

How about
health nuts love Emerald Nuts... All that good stuff for your blood and heart and everything. Unless Al-lergy is involved. That deadly terrorist can make life miserable (or gone). I love your sense of humor! :)

Oh, thank you so much.
I was going to look that up at some point. So, I guess the way I'm envisioning the nuns (in the commercial) would be wearing bikinis
plus cowels & yokes.

Madame PO,
From the dictionary:
Yoke:
A piece of a garment that is closely fitted, either around the neck and shoulders or at the hips, and from which an unfitted or gathered part of the garment is hung.

You're right, Ann.
It's the entire dress
with "cowel & yoke". Not sure what a
yoke is, though.
I was just imagining the cowel.

Madame PO
I was under the habit that the impression of the habit was the entire cassock-like gown. :)

Thank you, MiaElla & Krisles...
My favorites (of the ones they currently air) are "Elegant Naysayers", "Eerie Namecallers" and "Entangled Nine-Year-Olds". What I love is the amazing creativity
not only in the ideas ... but, also, in the
execution.

Madame P.O.
I had never heard of Emerald Nuts so, of course, hadn't seen their commercials and didn't understand why you were doing the lines you were doing....and they are just exactly what they like so they should certainly pick yours right up!! Pistachios are the only emeraldish nuts I know of, so I thought you were making a clever gimmick out of a passion for pistacios....alas, it appears Emerald Nuts doesn't carry pistachios....and I am so craving some now. I love the Emerald Nuts website!! It is a hoot!! Thank you so much for introducing me to it.....I may have to order some of their nuts......I think I like the nurses one of the ones they have on their website right now the bes - but yours are better.
I think the poem I wanted is an Auden one, maybe..."he was their north, their south".....can't remember and it's driving me crazy!!

Gubby, all your questions (and more) should be answered...
in my next post, entitled "Emerald Nuts and you".
What any of this has to do with "The Death Blog", however, is something of a mystery.

Hey,
Can someone explain to me what the hell ARE "emerald nuts"? I can't stop myself thinking that it is something to do with their colour, but that can't be right.
...can it?

Yes, Emerald Nuts definitely do exist, mmm-w...
And I think they really were impressed with my ideas. They've received a ton of suggestions in the past ... but never ones so "creative" and "fully realized" (their words) as my proposals. The somewhat "risque" nature is the only drawback.
I wouldn't mind a lifetime supply, because, ironically enough, I've never even
seen (let alone,
eaten) any of the nuts. They don't appear to sell them in this area.

i see NO reason why NONE of these commercials should not be accepted.... you SHOULD recieve compensation, (in nuts, perhaps???)
