Lady Ariel has been back for a week. I do all the cooking in our house, have done for years.
And maybe a no-buget cook book might do well, eh? Even in these affluent times there are a lot of relatively poor people about. You'll see lots of cheap, nutritious meal recipes in future
That Spanish bit... dos besos y un abrazo para ti " two kisses and an embrace for you" as is the Spanish custom. Nice, isn't it?

I'm sorry to hear about your wife, and that you're living alone. It's so easy for people inyour circumstances to simply grab at the nearest junk food, and not bother to cook proper meals.
It's also ironic that the pooerst people, who need good nutrition the most, are often unable to make cheap nutritious meals. They can't afford to take advantage of bulk buying, but must buys in, relatively more expensive penny packets.
They've, for example, got to watch their utility bills, so they can't buy cheap cuts of meat for example, that need a lot of cooking ; as wealthier people can.
everything that I shall post from now on comes into the cheap, but nutritious category, and I'm sure that a lot of people besides you will find them helpful.
Er, by the way, I'm a manLOL But you aren't the first, nor will you be tha last to make that mistake!
