Yes, I did see your query, but I was about to go out to a big fiesta in town, so didn't get around to reply. Came back a little shattered at 3 am

Ariel70, as long as children are brought up to recognise real food they eat it. Sadly, some are not.
By the way, I was wondering if you saw my query about "a myriad"?

Well, try it, my dear! One can of course add other, more luxurious ingredients, but I write for the hard up, not the prosperous.
I suspect that there are quite a lof of folks out there, especially those with children, who could use a few tips on how to eat well and cheaply. If I can wean a few mums off giving chemical-ridden snacks totheir kids, then I shall be very pleased!

A good selection there Ariel. I always use the chicken carcasses for stock. I like the sound of the paella.
