Ariel, I'm jealous actually. Provence tomatoes were gorgeous. I can only imagine what an Andalucian tomato might taste like. Bit better than Sainsbury's and Coop ones I expect.

In my mind, I can not imagine tomato jam. YUK! We have plenty here in the midwest this year. I love a good tomato sandwich (tomato and mayo, salt and pepper)

Another thing you can do is leave them to rot in a basket. It keeps out unwanted guests.
