twodog--
In general yes I've noticed that. If you're talking about this post, I'd be more than happy to explain to you exactly how the headline relates to the content. Just say the word.

Quirky

Have you ever noticed how the "hook" often has little to do with the content of the post? It's all about the "click" isn't it? After you've been roped in, the content of the post really isn't all that important when all your after is ... the "click"

To bad, the Network could be, and for the most part is, an exchange of ideas, civily done, and make interesting reading. It is a shame, often the most popular denagrate, use foul language, and call in to question anyone's intelligence who disagree.

I call it the Springer Syndrome.

Quirky, I thought you understood how this works.
The scorpion will sting because it's his nature! That's the long and short of it. An aside here, boy, you do have all sorts of 'excitement' going on don't you? You must have a magnet or somethin'.

yes, i'm following along and i understand. the scorpion gets his power from making the crab powerless. what is saddest is that the scorpion sees himself as weak and impotent, which causes him to hate others rather than himself.

Sometimes I'm entirely too literal...
I thought, skin thickening cream?  Why on earth would she want that?  Bonk!  Duh.  Yes, the old tale...it is my nature, said the scorpion.  I don't know why people do what they do, seems we just mis-connect sometimes even when both parties have good hearts and good intentions.  Shake out your shoes next time, they like to sleep in there. :)

Quirky,

That was kind of a mystery blog.  I guess I'll have to go back an re-read it.  Maybe I need to sleep on it, or something; maybe wake up during it.  I missed some connection somewhere, but at least it was interesting enough that I'll have to figure it out.  More Kliks 4 U.
