A little-recognized risk is that of an oxygen tanker driven into a petrol station and ignited. Or even blowing up an oil and an oxygen tanker simultaneously. You've got a big bang for your bucks.
And an oxygen tanker does look a little more innocuous than one full of gasoline, doesn't it? I mean, it's only oxygent, isn't it?

Wow--and I mean that on two fronts. First, I feel like I just finished
a history lesson with a grand professor. Second, your post brought tears to my eyes as I remembered my mother's stories of WWII bombings of her neighborhood in Germany. Very well done.
