Spiffy,
Check with the vet and see if he does brain transplants from dogs to people. I think the guy needs a brain transplant from one of his Dachsunds. Maybe try duals. I think the guy needs a twin brain transplant to get him up to speed.
Hate to see that happen to the poor dogs, though.
