I was going....
to say, you may want to check with your doctor just in case it may be something more serious (or not). One can never be too careful with one's boobs, you know.

sounds like heat rash.
try hydrocortisone cream, cornstarch powder (not talcam, it irritates) and a loose sports bra for a day or two.
