Well diagnosed --- and well said, as always. Your words ring true...."they know not " the ramifications of their actions. Their behavior keeps them chained in fear and guilt. You are correct....seeing IS everything. When we realize even our smallest actions affect all around us...then we are at the beginning of connecting to the Divine Light and Love (and breaking free from fear).

RAME and Tissi
Thank you both for your comments. I was still a bit wound-up when I did my post yesterday....guess I forgot to really see that I could've behaved in a worse way. Y'all are correct....to forgive
is Divine. it is what elevates us to the stars.

i react to lying a lot because i lied so much in my teenage years. i discovered i harbored a lot of guilt over doing it. now, i see lying as a protective mechanism. the person is saying, i'm guilty, but i'm going to avoid taking responsibility and maybe it will go away. Jesus said, 'forgive them, father. they know not what they do.' the seeing is everything.

Ravencat18,
Hindsight is truly 20/20 isn't it? Your plumber sounds like he's not the most professional, nor is he one of the best, but to forgive is truly divine. You need to take some credit here. You realized that you were not in the best of minds and you did accept his apology and actually let him back in your house to finish the repair. Most people would have ranted and raved and maybe even tried to get him fired. Whatever, it looks like you handled it better than most.
