Don't need the jerking around you'd get. Focus!!

I'm on the same line as Argus:

Tell her that you've been psychically imbued by the five minute bit and that you'll pay her for that, but that you learned so much from her that you've decided to skip any media and go straight to the 4 billion brains around the world. It was only one second of your time, transmitted simultaneously for maximum power, but you do charge per person - as a special introductory offer you'll charge her one penny per indoctrination - which equals a bill of... £40m.

Majroj, I said no and consider myself lucky to be free. Who needs pesky people like that?

Cunningham_Smith07, I wish the next person good luck.

Thanks SYMPHONY

Why bother? asks CarolynMoe. And so I'm not.

Gurus are not so much strong as overbearing Hemlocker

A self-professed psychic should have "known" you'd think UsualSuspect.

ARGUS, great idea for next time. I'm sure it'd sell.

Just say no.
and send her a bill (you will never get paid, but she'll fold).

I hope you can shake this lady off before she sinks her fangs in too deeply!

LOL...
I've dealt with way too many of these " I know you're very busy, but...." folks.  And you're right, she should have "known."

MayB, maybe you should offer her a choice of
straight pr or something that shows her psychic aura ---- at slightly higher cost.  ARGUS

ginnieb, contacts perhaps but do I need them?

Word.smith, yes it was because of my friend but this high maintenance stuff is not worth it

It's amazing that some people....
....think they can get a 'deal' with everyone! I hope you don't regret doing this MayB! You never know where you might make good contacts though! Good luck!

The nerve of some people.....
Wanting more than her pound of flesh and then wanting to pay after? Not likely.....Perhaps you didn't tell her to clear off because (a) Your friend sent the job your way and (b) It is work - even if she may cause you to tear your hair out. Here's hoping you get what you need to do the job and that you'll be sane at the end of it all.
