Thank you for your comment.

As the Bible says " The poor are with you always." As you say, I could have written that about so many of the world's poor. And conditions were glacially slow to improve in Britain, and I can clearly recall some children in London when I was a boy, having no shoes.

Your comments always prove that you've read my posts carefully, and that's so good. Thank you

This third part is deep and also shows how yesterday the current prosperous parts of the world were. It was just like the third world of today. Your write up can fit in properly in any country either in Africa or south east Asia. I noted two things with the Mudlarks that are akin today's poor. First with all the difficulties in places that they worked one wonders why or what prevented them from dying of blood poisoning. At times, when I look at where some people sleep in Africa or even India, I am surprised to see them the next day. Another thing, were the notorious haphazard ways that birth dates, Marriages and deaths were registered. Doesn't that, sound as though it was something happening today in any African or South East Asian country? Your work is simply the best and currently valid and necessary. In my opinion, in order to understand this world, one really has to read your text.Honestly with all this, there are things in the world that won't surprise anymore. Well done.
