Ariel
needed to say, thank you

. I don't know what to say either...I explained what had happened in a previous post. It has taken me almost my entire 24 years of life to settle peace within myself over so many rotten happenings in my life. Ariel I am not proud of various things, but I am proud that I've been able to overcome the bad and not only that, but triumph by staying warm and open hearted after all...my fondest appreciation...Cosy And btw...I am here because of a power greater than my own...and I call it divine intervention.

Ariel...enjoy Seville. Also, you mentioned on your profile that there
are/were 8 children in your family. Where amongst them do you rank...eldest, in between, youngest? All boys or all girls or a mixture? I was just curious! Again, you and the mrs.'s enjoy your adventure!

Dave
Just passin' thro' right now, before I go and eat. Thank you for your comment, and intriguing suggestion. Perhaps I ought to do a bit of market research in here before I take it up.
Or maybe get Lady Ariela to do it, 'cos she used to be a market research area manager.
Would that many ppl be interested, do you think? I mean, mine's a pretty ordinary life, I guess.
I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and friendship. I was a bit lower than I really liked to admit, and you and all the others in here made me deeply moved by you comments. It was greatly appreciated, I assure you.
We're off to Seville for a few days, but I hope to keep up via internet in our hotel. I did post a little thing to that effect, but it seems to have vanished into cyberspace.
if I have time, I'll catch up with you all later. If not all the best while I'm gone

Ariel, have a good trip. You know, my favourite pieces of yours are the ones that are related to ordinary life in Handy Loo Fear. The poem that was converted to prose for instance. I reckon you should use the Seville trip to start off a new blog with shorter bursts of your life detailed as a descriptive journal. I'd really like to read something of that kind. The historical/political essays, despite the unquestioned erudition, are too much for me sometimes - I'm hankering after nuggety bursts of life in the hills - if you have the time of course. What's ordinary to you, you see, is extraordinary to me.
