Who am I reading and why...
So, who are some of the writers you consistantly read?
I consistently read:
BLACKCAT30: She's able to be serious, funny, sarcastic, obnoxious, and sentimental. She's unpredictable and a really good spirit. ARIALA'S spiritual blog: I like her voice here. She tends to reach me most deeply on this blog. MYSTICGMEKEEPER: Both of her blogs are spiritual and poetic. She wraps me up in imagery. She is talented. CUNNINGLINQUIST: He has a raw sense of humor. We think along the same lines. He's a gift to the spirit. JOJOSTAR and COSY write deeply as well and share themselves without fear or retribution. LENSMAN fills his posts with lessons. I feel he forces you to see past the black and white words that fill his page. These are just a few, but certainly not all my favorite writers.
What are some things that you dislike about some posters?
FALSE OR MISLEADING HEADLINES. I don't come here to be manipulated by sensationalism. I come here to connect. I don't discredit those who use sensationalism as a ploy. It's just simply not my cup of tea.
And about invisible bloggers: Guilty. Sometimes I feel nothing after reading a blog so I don't comment. Sometimes I just leave an icon cuz' I don't know what to say. Sometimes, I go into great detail about how the post affected me.

Kathu
My favorite bloggers are the people who write about subjects that are of interest to me. I'm not interested in reading about politics. I'm not interested in arguing important issues in this paticular forum. These are things I'm concerned about but I'd rather learn about them in other places. Here I like to learn about people. What makes them happy or sad. What makes life worth living. The people that express their day to day life in extaordinary ways are the people I enjoy.

Invisible bloggers
are the same as invisible people. They're there, just real quietly. While comments, especially insightful ones, are worth more than just a click, they're not necessary. btw, my school has a whole class on writing for the web. It has a lot to do with how people look at a computer screen vs a page of text.
