Soul retrieval is fascinating to me. I've been involved in another aspect called journeying, that is an amazing approach to accessing alternative realities. So this is the next step for me - to learn as much as I can about it.

reclaiming a sense of soul

can be a long and arduous path, unfortunately shamans arent always listed in the yellow pages!

I believe however that those who have become fragmented through trauma have chosen that lesson on some level, perhaps to be healers themselves. After all, the only true healer is the one who has learned how to restore himself to unity. Great topic to write on, I enjoy my visits to your blog.

I have always felt that healers understand a dimension of life that is not always apparent. I like the saying that more is hidden than is seen. Great post.
