Thanks for reading!

FW Mystic, go back and read this and my other postings. You'll see lots about the premises of these indictments.   If you don't want to do that, I'll make it easy: The premises are flawed. The actions were legal at the time, and you can't issue indictments for something that was legal when it was done. You also have a huge problem with the lack of specificity. Call DeLay nailed if you want, I call the indictments dismissed.

Corbinm, that sounds like Bubba's virtual obsession on terrorism.

To answer your topic question.......All of the above.......

Some people here want to believe anything....if it's against anyone connected with this administration........after dozens of attempts not once has anything stuck......

Perhaps you-all could use an "imaginary Grand Jury" for your "imaginary charges".

WOL
Do you ever just scratch your head and wonder what is in other people's think tank? This prosecutor is known for having done this sort of thing over and over. Cases never come to trial, are thrown out and on and on~~~ but he manages to ruin the reputations first. Be on no side and analyze the facts is a thing of the past!!!

Instead of attacking the DA ...
why not address the premise of the indictment. You can't, because the corporate money that flowed from Texas to washington to Texas political candidates left a trail. I notice the former Hammer, Delay, one of the most convicted politicans in washington, is not disputing the facts of the case. Just started calling him Nailed.
