I like this post! I have practiced meditation techniques in the past and have had few moments of silence.and other times it comes on least expected, like once walking to a cottage through the woods and snow I was filled with music, like an orchestra was all around.I was happy and the music increased with it.Trying, I have learned can often be increasing the noise you want to exchange for silence.thanks for the post.
