LOL... I was saying the same thing
after that show. What was she thinking? She had a bad attitude about the cake the entire time anyway. What was great is that she totally thought she was in the clear when Martha made them come back up. Poor Dawn seems always to get shit on, even though she really isn't the sunshiniest person in the world. This show is cracking me up. If the creative group loses again this week I'm going to stop using that as a descriptive for myself. Apparently, creativiy (and common sense) are cousins to the corporate world.

Ain't that the truth!
You're right - fortunately, most of us aren't on the boob tube when we make such remarks.

LOL...hey, maybe the woman was just blatantly honest and old Martha
couldn't handle it. LOL. Still, I wouldn't have the courage to be that honest on National Television. Yes, open mouth - insert foot - suckle on toes!

Yeah. Poor thing. Though, although I've only heard her two worst moments in her career to make an opinion off, she does sound like a bit of a bitch.

LOL Quirky
I've never seen the show certainly not least of all because I detest Martha Stewart but I have had many times in my life when I wished I could take back a sentence or two

I agree...would love a rewind button. (then I could use it to rewind my mistakes). Also, I'd
LOVE to have a mute button that really worked on people (as long as I could use it on whomever I wanted). I guess there's a reason that those things are called "mistakes"....they are really mis - takes ---- takes that just missed somehow.

In her mind she probably still hasn't figured out what she said wrong. She would and will probably do it all over again (open mouth insert foot). Doubt she learned and damn thing!

Quirky, yeah...I'd love a button like that...
I would use the life rewind button probably quite often...Think before you speak, there's another one that I sometimes ignore in my little mind...

Quirky,
I'll pass on Martha and stick to Survivor. Plenty of foots inserted into mouths on that show. Shadow

Some people think out loud. Perhaps she wasn't the right person to be on t.v., running her mouth that way. will she ever learn?

I can guarantee you that the woman thought she was saying what Martha wanted to hear. This is a perfect example of someone coming from a place where the limited tactics they have been using were successful and not being able to read the big picture they are confronted with in a new situation.....and, thus, brashly jumping in and making a complete ass of herself....she didn't have a clue she was on a different planet. I didn't see that show, but I've seen it so many times in life...and most of the time, people like this never "get it"....they blame everyone and everything else. Good post.

Well, that's a gigantic oops. The woman sounds like a hard hitter. And, as the whole world knows, so is good ol' Martha S. I'm betting the woman assumed they were the same type of player, when, in fact, they are not...? who knows. Stupid things to say to the Big Boss.
