Oh. My.
That's pretty bad. But puppies, I mean, you can't help but love 'em anyway.

Layla,
Cats. Anything that moves is fair game to them, isn't it? One of my cats at work, Tommy Boy is very distructive. In fact, he's probably the weirdest yet coolest cat I've ever met. He gets chased around by invisible monsters n' stuff. He talks a LOT, too.

Libertine,
Kitty Lippers is getting a bit better, but, well, I don't really wanna say much more out loud. I'm not supersticious or anything, but daayyammm, she's got a pact with the devil, I think!!

Wow, I really was lucky when Charlie was a pup!! He never did anything remotely that bad. Oh well, he gives me hell now, so it evens out.

JJ,
That's okay. I don't want a bunch of junk in my house. We've just made new improvements and I don't want to ruin it now!

Spiffy,
The couch? That can be a problem. I forgot about those. Build a little redwood shack around it with a front door that lifts up so people can use it
? In that area I often resort to junker couches from Salvation Army or Goodwill or, best of all, St. Vincent de Paul. When they get torn up, take the nice wood out of them, junk the rest, and get another.
Also, you can get junk stuff or firewood or something (wood from old couches? )
to pile onto a couch while you're not around. Maybe you could build a corral in the back yard (with wood from old couches) to herd the mischief makers into. I don't know!! Don't listen to my advice unless you like to be weird. That's what I am. You just have to develop a ''weird is kewl'' attitude. That annoys people, but annoying is a good way to find out who the nice people are.
Who knows? Be creative, and don't listen to salesmen!

JJ,
Actually, KL loves the water bottles and squishes them herself. Then, she uses it as a skateboard. As far as my phone and other eaten items, I do keep them away from her. The house is puppy-proofed, but on occasion, she still gets to the important stuff. Now, where can I put the couch so she can't eat it?

Spiff,
Try some substitute chewies. I've always had pretty good luck with plastic bottles. They especially like the two liter jobs. Sometimes you can give them one that isn't stepped on to make it flat, but I think they like the flattened ones a little better. Whatever it is, make sure it's noisy. They love to chomp on those, and the noisier the better. It can end up being a bit of a mess, but that's not nearly as bad as expensive stuff all wrecked up.
You need some training too, I might add. If you don't want something chewed up, put it where they can't get it. That never fails to work, especially important in tough
times.
