Feel free to email me Jemmie
As you know I've recently been diagnosed with depression also. It helps to talk to someone who understands.

Take care. Must be something in the air - we've all had our moments lately

Jemms
Try and keep your chin up Jemms, and focus on all the great things in your life. You have a man that loves you to bits and friends who love you too.
You are right to find another therapist, that one sounds like a dipstick.

You're doing the right thing
Contacting a therapist is the right thing to do. The first therapist you tried to contact - the one that kept rescheduling and other things - really does sound like a flake, and I'm glad you're considering other options.

jemmie--
I would find another therapist, that one sounds like a flake. You could talk to me but then I'm not the cheeriest optomist, so not sure what kind of help I'd be!! I'm here for ya, though, if you need me.
