Actually, we've been together for four years.  But we still get along really well and are playful with each other a lot.  I like when he calls me at work to be playful.

You must not have been with J for long. *grin* Give it a few years. You'll be responding with, "What do you want now? I'm working, you know."

Dr. Susan Lark's idea...
Okay, if the Rescue Remedy doesn't work for you, I remember one other thing I read:

I get lots of natural health newsletter ads; one of the letters is written by Dr. Susan Lark especially for women. I read that she said to tape a kidney bean--I'm pretty sure the dried uncooked kind--on the inside of your wrist. It allegedly works on an acupressure point of some sort. I'm not familiar with the details, but some research (when you're awake at 3 a.m.) on Google might yield the instructions on it that you need.

I have no idea whether this works, but this Dr. Lark says it does.

Let us know what you do that helps. Surely something will...

God bless!

To those who suggested herbals

I have tried melatonin and Rescue Remedy in the past.  They didn't do much for me, but thank you for your suggestions.  I do appreciate them!  I've also tried valerian, chamomile, warm milk, etc.  Sometimes chamomile and/or warm milk work, but other times they don't.  It's all trial and error I guess.

Again, thank you for your suggestions.

Try Rescue Remedy
Rescue Remedy could help you get to sleep. It works for me when I use it. Rescue Remedy is a Bach flower formulation and is really designed for calming in an emergency or following an extremely stressful situation.

The stuff is natural, and it only takes a few drops on the tongue.

Let us know if you try it and how it works for you.

Quirky
No.  He knew that I knew it was him.  I tend to get quiet when people I don't know flirt with me, and he knows that.

That was cute--did he think you were flirting with another man or did he believe you when you said you knew who it was??

I have the same problem. Up at 5 (or earlier) and I can't get to sleep
until 1.  Melatonin helps sometimes.  Try it and see.
