- Go to Why Judge Perkins Must Recuse Himself from the DeLay Trial
Welcome, Baroness!
Thank you for your comment! That is very refreshing to see. You are so unlike the liberals who garner all the attention for themselves.
Scoop, read it again. The issue is not his personal political affiliation. It is that fact that he is a donor to a group that stands to profit from a guilty verdict. Conflict of interest, my good man. I'll use the same technique here I've used before. Imagine a top Democrat standing trial before a judge who is a big donor to Republican causes that stand to gain from a guilty verdict. You know as well as I do what a hue and cry that would raise.
Glenn, I'm flattered. I had no idea you held me in such esteem as to think it would take several people to wrtite what I do. If I send that to Rush, maybe he can add that to his "talent on loan from God" schtick. Shows what a mind enlightened by conservative thought can produce.

WriterofLight,
A better title for this writing is: Why WriterofLight, must "recuse" WriterofLight from Blogging to Save Bush's Ass (BSBA)?

So the only way to do this is to have
Republican judges for republican defendants and Democrat judges for democrat defendants this is BS and you know it. In every court in the nation from city to county to state it happens everyday. If we can't trust judges why have them? That is why there are juries. OK, OK I know I am white I want all white jurors and they have to be republican, grow up. The republicans couldn't have it their way with the Schiavo case and they were republican judges,

Not having kittens or producing any bricks
I'm a liberal, but I agree with you 100%. Why would you assume we wouldn't. Wrong is wrong. Bias is bias. Many liberals really ARE intelligent AND unbiased.
