according to my old Latin teacher in high school, ipse dixit roughly means "whatever I say is right and it doesn't matter what I say cause I'm saying it".....though I'm not that brazen

Why didn't they just tell you that in the first place?
By the way, does Ipse Dixit mean statement of intent? I assume it means the same in the US as it does here in South Africa?

I gave it a second thought, actually....
I'm still convinced that it was all a ploy to pitch the Oriental food to avoid having it go to waste....there are three other McD's in town...surely one of them must have had some in stock?
